Refund Policy

Kisan P.G. College Raksa maintains a fair, transparent, and structured fee refund policy for online payments, admissions, and other academic services in compliance with UGC guidelines and Jananayak Chandrashekhar University rules.

1. Guidelines for Online Transactions

Students and parents are advised to check eligibility criteria and prospectus regulations thoroughly before submitting admission fees or examination fees online. The college is not responsible for errors in transactions made due to incorrect credentials entered by the payer.

2. Admission Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

If a student requests cancellation of admission before the official commencement of classes, refunds will be processed according to the following UGC fee refund timeline:

• 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission: 100% refund of tuition/admission fees (minus a processing charge of up to Rs. 1,000 or 5% of the fee, whichever is lower).
• Less than 15 days before the last date of admission: 90% refund of fees.
• 15 days or less after the last date of admission: 80% refund of fees.
• More than 15 days but less than 30 days after the last date of admission: 50% refund of fees.
• More than 30 days after the last date of admission: No fee refund will be issued.

3. Double/Excess Transactions & Payment Gateway Failures

In cases where a transaction fails but the student's bank account is debited, the amount is usually auto-refunded by the payment gateway provider within 7 working days. If a student makes a double payment for the same fee due to technical lag, the excess amount will be refunded upon submission of a formal refund application (including bank statements and payment receipts) to the College Accounts Office within 10 days of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

Prospectus fees, registration processing fees, and portal transaction gateway convenience charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Refund Claim Submission Procedure

To submit a refund application, please contact the administrative counter or mail a signed application with the transaction IDs to info@kisanpgcollegeraksa.org. All verified refunds are directly credited to the student's or parent's registered bank account via NEFT/RTGS.
